Manage Inventory from Anywhere
2b Inventory is designed for retail business of all sizes who want the flexibility of using a hand-held device with barcode scanner to manage inventory. Modules include Item lookup, receiving, physical count, orders and purchase orders.  Manage inventory, customers and suppliers from one easy to use mobile application.


Item Lookup
Quick and easy access to item information.  Lookup item informatio nby scanning item or entering item code and view details such as SKU, description, extended description, quantity, department, category and price.  Edit item price, bin location, and description.  For wireless environments, use the reail-time lookup mode for lookups directly to the POS database.

Physical Inventory
Save time and improve accuracy of a physical invetory count.  Scan the barcode of invetory items with the 2B-Inventory to record actual store quantities.  Quickly transfer scanned inforation from 2B-Inventory to your point of sales computer to calcuate differences in recoded and acutal inventory.  Compare against quantities in your item databsase to reveal shrinkage or other inventory discrepancies.  2B-Inventory matches scanned UPC codes or SKI's with Microsoft Retail's intem lookup codes and aliasese.

Receiving
Increase efficiency of receiving merchandise.  Scan items (or manually enter item code for items with no barcode) and ente rquantities crecieved (including serialized inventory).  Creat new items, receive again purchase orders; even update item description, price, supplier, and reorder number.  Transfer data to point of sales to adjust quantities of PO and non-PO items and create new items with SKU, quantitiey, cost, price, and descrition.  Transfer received items to other location.  Use 2B-Inventory to receive again the transer orders.

Orders
Create orders, quotes, and layaways be entering custoemr, items, and quantity.  If the customer does not exist, simply add the new customer.  Use the one click transfer to update your point of sale database (wireless or cradled connection) with the customer and order information.  Recall orders from point of sales.

Purchase Orders
Create purchase orders by selecting supplier, items, and quantites.  If the supplier does not exist, simply add a new supplier.  Purchasing away from the store made easy - create new suppliers, new PO's and add new items to the PO/  Simplified purchasing!

  • "Single item mode" - allows scanning of each item, incrementing the quantity of the item by one.  "Multi Item Mode" allows scanning of an item and easily entering a quantity more than one i.e. case, carton, etc
  • Easy to use interface.  Once click transfer within each module.  Keyboard or handwriting recognition makes input of item descriptions quick and easy
